I see you are Eugene-based. Where all do you travel to for wedding planning services?
As your wedding planner, we are there to support you throughout the entire planning process. We are there to alleviate the burden of researching and hiring vendors, knowing the proper timeline for hiring vendors, tracking your budget, creating a cohesive design, setting up and managing everything on your big day, having backup plans in place for any possible hiccups & more!
Our main goal is to make the planning process feel fun and exciting and on your wedding day - for you to feel completely confident we’ve got everything covered so you and your loved ones can enjoy the festivities and be fully present with one another.
What does a wedding planner do?
We offer what we call “Wedding Management.” Day of Coordinator implies that the planner is only obligated to be with you the day of your wedding, what we’re offering is 6 weeks of wedding planning services.
This means, we take over the final steps of your planning process as your wedding approaches including: communicating with vendors, arranging final rentals if previously overlooked, managing your rehearsal dinner, facilitating setup and clean up at your wedding venue & more. Do you offer day-of-coordinator services?
Nope! When you rent our photo booth, there will always be an attendant present to make sure it is set up and working properly for you. It is super guest friendly and easy to use, with guests operating it via an ipad. You’ll have the power to easily text, email and immediately print pictures at your event!
Do we have to be tech savvy to rent the photo booth?
While our photo booth is always a big hit with guests at weddings - our Birdie Booth is also popular at a variety of other events including: birthday parties, high school dances, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, baby showers, anniversary parties, fundraisers & more!
What sort of events do people rent a photo both for?
Our base rental package starts at $500 and covers 2 hours of photo booth use with an attendant and a crisp 8 x8 white background. Head to our Birdie Booth Page to learn more and explore additional add-on options.
What is the average cost of a photo booth rental?
We travel within Oregon up to 2 hours away from our home base in Springfield, OR (roughly 100 miles)

what are the perks of renting a photo booth?
Yes, sir! We're happy to ask all the questions to figure out exactly what you need! (e.g., What does your venue provide? Where can we fill in the gaps? How many guests are you expecting?)
i'm not sure what all I need to rent for my event, can you help me figure it out?
That depends! If you are picking up the rentals there is no minimum requirement whatsoever! However if we are delivering the rentals to you we require a minimum rental total of $175. Please note: due to the weight of our farmhouse tables, we are legally required to deliver them to you for your safety.
Is there a minimum rental requirement for an event?
Yes, of course! We love collaborating with fellow wedding planners and individuals for all types of events.
Can I rent from you even if you aren’t planning my wedding?
No! Our specialty rental collection is great for all sorts of events beyond just weddings. Examples include: bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate events, fundraisers & more.
