Julia always dreamed of getting married at her childhood farm in Springfield. When she and Taylor decided to host 300 guests there, we embraced the challenge with enthusiasm! Throughout planning, we kept returning to one central goal: curating an amazing guest experience that perfectly blended the comfort and warmth of a backyard ceremony, with the elegance and luxury of an exclusive destination wedding venue.
Julie was drawn to wildflower-inspired floral arrangements and design details that balanced vintage charm with modern elegance. Clarae worked magic with the rentals, creating a unique aesthetic that felt both timeless and fresh.
We knew that planning for 300 guests required meticulous planning. We crafted a timeline that kept everyone engaged and designed a floor plan that felt intimate without being cramped. The private residence setting allowed us early access—thank goodness, because setting 38 tables with Clarae's thoughtfully curated mismatched china wasn't exactly a quick task!
Our biggest planning worry was the notorious August heat in Oregon. We were prepared with sufficient shade solutions and cooling stations. Naturally, after a week of thunderstorms and a rain-soaked rehearsal, their day arrived with perfect 75-degree weather. (Mother Nature keeps us on our toes!)
This celebration beautifully showcased our strengths as a team and business owners. Our rental collection transformed the farm into something magical, with each table uniquely styled while maintaining a cohesive look.
The Birdie Booth captured guest moments the photographer couldn't possibly cover with such a large crowd, and our debut "Pure White Rose Wall" was an instant hit.
What makes this extra special? This was actually our very first wedding! Julia and (Taressa) grew up together, and planning her celebration on the farm where they spent countless days picking blackberries and having sleepovers felt deeply personal. We're eternally grateful they trusted us with their day, and that Julia showed such patience as we refined our approach during this meaningful beginning to our business.
